Estimate together, in the same second.
A tracker shows one ticket at a time, and the argument is about all of them at once. On the board the whole sprint is in view: everyone lays a poker card at once, and moving a card is the decision rather than a form to fill in.
Jun ParkOne ticket on the sprint and on the roadmap.
A ticket here is an object, not a drawing of one. Pay at pickup sits in Doing on the sprint board and on Sprint 3 of the roadmap, and it is one thing in the project: rename it in either place and both boards say the new name.
8Done is counted, not typed.
The sprint counts the tickets in its Done column. Drop Pay at pickup into Done and the sprint says 4 of 7, and its bar fills; drag it back and both go back. Nobody keeps the number up to date.
